Originally, our company’s Real Estate desires came out of a need for “fun” and a passion we shared in learning about Real Estate and the processes of buying and selling our own homes. In 2001 Neal & Heath Zingelmann being the competitive brothers that they are decided to see who could obtain a Real Estate license first. At that time the market was strong. We sold a lot of real estate that year from small and large ranches to commercial as well as Residential Homes. Most importantly we started building the relationships necessary to allow the company to grow. We jumped head first into selling distressed properties and marketing REOs from banks (foreclosures). At the time this was not a “popular” environment to be in with Real Estate. However, over the last several years a lot of has changed in the Real Estate market. These days it seems every agent wants REOs and Bank owned homes. We have become specialized in marketing them, managing them, and selling them.
